Honey Rosebud Tea

Rosebud tea not only looks and smells lovely, but it is known for its calming properties. Some even claim it is an antioxidant with anti-aging properties. Well, enough said, pour me a cup!

I love to enjoy my botanical tea in a pretty teacup with a bit of honey mixed in. Honey, besides being quite tasty, is also considered an antioxidant. So, let’s pour some tea and drink to our health!

I feel as if I had opened a book and found roses of yesterday sweet and fragrant, between its leaves.

How to Make Rosebud Tea

Ingredients
2 tablespoons rosebud tea
Honey to taste

First rinse the rosebuds for 30 seconds to remove any dust. Next fill a tea kettle with water and bring to a boil. Then turn the kettle off and let sit for 2-3 minutes while you put the rosebuds into a teapot. Pour in the water and let sit for 10 minutes. Now pour, through a strainer, the tea into a cup. Lastly add some honey.
